  • Items should be unopened and in original condition where applicable, unless the issue relates to damage or defect on arrival.

How to request a refund

  • If the item arrived damaged, include clear photos of the packaging and product.
  • We will reply with the next steps and return instructions if required.

Processing time

After we confirm eligibility, refunds are typically processed within 10 business days. The time to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider.

Exclusions
